What operating systems do you support?

We support all Windows based operating systems.

What is a trip charge and when is it applied?

A trip charge is a small fee ($45) applied to all on-site, non-contract based, customer support calls. It is intended to cover the costs of traveling to your place of business.

What are your normal support hours?

All on-site and remote support services are handled between the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday. Emergency support services are available 24x7 and are billed at the special rate of $150 / hr with a 1 hour minimum.

Do my support hours rollover if not completely used in a particular month?

Unfortunately not.
